These guidelines describe how the POKER X brand may be used by authorized parties. All use of the POKER X name, logo, identity, event concepts, and brand materials requires prior written authorization from POKER X Entertainment Pte. Ltd.
Authorization Required
Any use of the POKER X name, logo, visual identity, tournament concepts, event formats, sponsorship materials, broadcast assets, social content, merchandise designs, or related brand materials requires prior written authorization.
Verbal approvals, informal acknowledgments, presence at an event, or exchange of preliminary materials do not constitute authorization.
Approved Use Only
Authorized parties may use the POKER X brand only within the scope specifically permitted in their written agreement. Authorization is non-exclusive, revocable, and limited to the agreed purpose, territory, channels, and duration unless otherwise stated.
Official Logo Files
Only official POKER X logo files provided by POKER X Entertainment Pte. Ltd. may be used. Recreating the logo from fonts, tracing over screenshots, AI-generated approximations, or unofficial artwork is prohibited.
Clear Space and Minimum Size
Maintain adequate clear space around the logo so that it is never crowded by other graphic elements, text, or edges of the medium.
Do not reduce the logo below the legible minimum size in the medium of use. The minimum size must protect the readability of the wordmark on screen and in print.
Background and Contrast
Use the light wordmark on dark backgrounds and the dark wordmark on light backgrounds. Always ensure sufficient contrast.
Do not place the logo over busy photography, low-contrast surfaces, or backgrounds that compromise readability of the wordmark.
Prohibited Logo Modifications
Do not alter the logo. Do not recolor the logo outside the approved palette. Do not stretch, condense, skew, rotate, mirror, outline, or distort the logo. Do not add drop shadows, glows, gradients, textures, animations, or effects that change its appearance.
Do not combine the logo with other marks, characters, mascots, or wordmarks to create new identities.
Prohibited Brand Contexts
The POKER X brand must not be used in connection with unauthorized gambling, betting, wagering, real-money gaming promotions, unlicensed financial products, unauthorized tokens or on-chain assets, adult content, hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, deceptive claims, or misleading commercial offers.
The brand must not be associated with content or contexts that conflict with the corporate positioning of POKER X Entertainment Pte. Ltd. as a premium entertainment and intellectual property company.

Event names that include or invoke the POKER X brand may be used only by authorized parties and only as specifically approved in writing.
Unauthorized parties may not name or promote events as POKER X tournaments, championships, qualifiers, invitationals, or satellites.
Sponsorship Use
Sponsors may use the POKER X brand in approved activations, communications, and co-marketing materials within the scope agreed in their sponsorship agreement.
Sponsors must not imply official rights or commercial scope beyond what has been agreed in writing.
Media and Press Use
Editorial, journalistic, and bona fide news use of the POKER X name and logo for reporting purposes is generally accepted, provided the materials are not modified and the use is accurate and non-misleading.
Commercial, promotional, or sponsored media use requires written authorization.

On revocation, the previously authorized party must promptly cease all use of the POKER X brand and remove related materials from public-facing channels.
Domain Names, Social Handles, and Similar Marks
Registration or use of domain names, social media handles, account names, trademarks, trade names, event names, product names, or other identifiers that are identical or confusingly similar to the POKER X brand is prohibited without prior written authorization.
POKER X Entertainment Pte. Ltd. may pursue transfer, suspension, or other remedies in respect of such registrations and uses.
Reservation of Rights
All rights in the POKER X brand and these guidelines are reserved. Failure to enforce any specific provision does not waive any other right or remedy.
Co-Branding and Partner Marks
Any placement of the POKER X brand alongside a partner, sponsor, or co-branding mark requires specific written approval for the co-branding configuration. General brand authorization does not automatically permit co-branding arrangements.
In approved co-branding, the POKER X mark must be presented with visual parity or in the position specified in the authorization. The POKER X brand must not be subordinated, diminished, or presented in a manner that implies endorsement of the partner brand by POKER X beyond what is agreed.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Generation
The POKER X name, logo, visual identity, event concepts, and associated brand materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, prompt-engineer, or otherwise inform any artificial intelligence model, image generation system, language model, or automated content generation tool without prior written authorization.
AI-generated or algorithmically produced approximations of the POKER X brand, brand imagery, event concepts, or associated materials — including synthetic logos, fictional event posters, deepfake event footage, or generated sponsorship materials — are not authorized and constitute misuse of the POKER X intellectual property.
Adaptation, Translation, and Localization
Authorized parties operating in non-English markets may adapt approved brand communications into local languages within their authorized territory, provided the adaptation is accurate, does not change the brand meaning, and is submitted to POKER X Entertainment Pte. Ltd. for review before publication.
Phonetic transliterations of the POKER X name, adapted event titles, and locally relevant brand descriptions must remain consistent with the approved corporate positioning. Any materially different local presentation of the brand requires separate written approval.
Version and Supersession
These Brand Usage Guidelines supersede any prior brand guidelines or informal instructions previously communicated to authorized parties. Where an individual written agreement provides more specific or more restrictive brand usage rules, the written agreement governs.
POKER X Entertainment Pte. Ltd. may update these guidelines from time to time. Authorized parties are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current version published on this website.
